The Association's Constitution provides for the overall responsibility of the Association to be vested in a Board that comprises of the Chief Executive Officer of each of its member-Banks.
The Board convenes at regular intervals to deliberate on industry-related matters and addresses policies and issues that confront commercial Banks from time to time.
The Chairmanship rotates among member-Banks on an annual basis.
